We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via PayPal in order to protect you and your personal information. At this time PayPal is the only payment method available.
We are UNABLE to process orders originating outside of the United States at this time.
All orders are shipped USPS.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the delivery of your item. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time you will receive an email.
If you would like your items faster than the standard shipping timeframe we can accommodate you at an additional charge.
Sales Tax
Ixakhoes Kreations charges sales tax of 8.75% to all orders shipped within California
Custom Orders
Custom orders are available and welcomed, please feel free to send an email to oneofakind@ixakhoes.net with the names of any of the pieces that you found inspiring, and your ideas and intentions, and we will be more that happy to consult with you, so that you can have a one of a kind piece that you love.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at Ixakhoes Kreations. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange unworn merchandise in resaleble condition within 14 days of purchase date for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders are not returnable.
